This pick has a fun and full nose of cream soda, banana candy, and soft nutmeg spice. Bubble gum, too! On the palate, there is more well-defined baking spice, apricot, and banana. This pick is desert-like, too… but, less candy, and more cake. The nose has creamy toffee and tiramisu. Some apricot notes come out as it opens, too. The palate is big and bold with spicy cinnamon, dark dense cake, and ginger cookies. This one benefits from a little added water, which reveals peach notes and the amazing aroma and taste of the air inside of a Kentucky rackhouse. - Chris Motley, Beverage Specialist
